Just for clarification on my Great Bend Hoe with subframe. Mine is mounted by two very heavy brackets under the rear axle and two heavy brackets just behind and under the front axle. The subframe consists of two "rails" that run the length of the tractor. According to Great Bend these "rails" help to absorb the weight and stress applied to the tractor while working the hoe or while driving the tractor. My hoe is in no way connected to the 3PT hitch, which is exactly what I wanted. I am sure that I could still damage the tractor if I was doing something silly, but I do not plan on doing that. I love this little hoe and I can take it on and off in less than 4-5 minutes!

Sounds almost exactly what I paid for my TC25D in Marh of this year. I bought all of the same equipment as you and also a Great Bend 751 Backhoe. The price on the mower also sounds right if it includes the anti-scalping roller and the safety chains. I paid $1800 for the RD7200 with the above options. I have really enjoyed my tractor and have had no problems. I could not justify the extra horsepower for the money. I was told I would spin the tires before I would use the extra 4 horsepower and I have found that to be true. Good Luck!

I purchased a TC25D last week. The TC25D w/ R4's was $14,000 (no s/s). The NH 7308 Loader was $3300. I don't know about a 60 inch mower but the 72" Woods that I purchased was $1700. Hope that this will help.

Well, since everyone here was so helpful with my tractor buying decisions I thought that I would share the deal I just made. I purchased the TC25D W/ R4's for $14,000. NH 7308 FEL for $3300, and a Great Bend 751 Backhoe with subframe for $5400. $22,700 for the package. I will also be buying a Woods 72" rear discharge mower for $1700 from the same New Holland Dealer. I thought that the final figures were fair and I really like my dealer who is within 10 miles of my house. Hope that this info may help someone else with their future purchase. I looked at the TC29D and liked it but I could not justify the extra cash (as small as it was). Now I must wait for a couple days for them to put on all the attachments and make the delivery!

I have the wife's approval to finally purchase a tractor. I have narrowed the field to the TC29D or L3010. I have a local dealer that I like and he sales both NH and Kubota. My wuestion is this: I have heard that both Kubota and NH will have special financing plans coming in the spring. Can anyone confirm that they normally do this in the spring or am I just waiting for no reason. I figured that I might as well wait to get the best possible financing if what I hear is true. Any input is appreciated!
